Hi everyone,

A big welcome to the 2021 school year. Let’s hope the dreaded COVID-19 doesn’t make a return.

For my first post for the 2021 school year, I will be sharing some persuasive writing posters. With NAPLAN making a return this year, the writing component will either be a narrative or persuasive piece.

These two posters help explain the persuasive techniques of rebuttals and rhetorical questions. These techniques are vital for writing a persuasive and informative piece.

Parts of Speech Game – Save the Kooshies! This game is for Grades 5 and 6. Students will need to know what nouns, vers, adjectives, adverbs, pronouns and preopsitions, etc are in order to play this game.
